Zach joined Plexus in 2026 as a Vice President, Finance, on the Value Creation team. He works closely with the firm’s portfolio companies, providing hands-on support in finance, accounting, M&A, and other critical back-office functions.

Prior to joining Plexus, Zach worked at Riveron Consulting, a business advisory firm, where he supported private equity-backed companies through finance and accounting initiatives. Prior to Riveron Zach held positions at Maximus and KPMG.

Zach holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from the University of Mary Washington. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.
