Vanessa joined Plexus Capital in 2026 as an Executive Assistant. Vanessa has a background in local government practices, supporting multiple Program Managers in Wake County Government, as well as experience in luxury hospitality and event execution, most recently at renowned regional properties, The Umstead in Cary and The Westin in Charlotte.

Vanessa is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History.
