Ryan joined Plexus in 2026 and is an Associate on the Investment team, where he focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining Plexus, Ryan worked as an Investment Banking Associate at TPH&Co., the energy business of Perella Weinberg Partners, where he provided strategic and financial advice across the full energy value chain. Ryan began his career as an Energy Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James.

Ryan earned a Master of Science in Finance from University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from Brown University. Ryan is a CFA charterholder.
