Madelaine Thomas joined Plexus in 2022 as a member of the Business Development team and focuses on internal operations, data-driven strategic initiatives, and marketing.

Prior to Plexus, Madelaine spent 8 years on the Business Development Team at Audax Private Equity, with a focus on pipeline management and marketing initiatives.

Madelaine graduated from Wittenberg University in 2010 with a degree in Communication.
