Jason joined Plexus in 2025 and is an Associate on the Investment team. Jason focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining Plexus, Jason was an Investment Banking Analyst at Hovde Group where he provided M&A advisory services to clients in the Specialty Finance industry. Jason began his career at Hedgeye Risk Management where he worked as an Associate on the equity research team. Prior to starting his career, Jason played professional hockey for the Carolina Hurricanes organization.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Finance from Sacred Heart University. Jason also captained the Men’s Ice Hockey team, where he was an All-American and Hobey Baker Award Finalist.
