Jake joined Plexus in 2026 and is an Associate on the Investment team. Jake focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to Plexus, Jake was an Industrial Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies, where he focused on the automotive aftermarket value chain. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Capstone Partners.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
