Christian joined Plexus in 2025 as a Vice President, Finance, on the Value Creation team. He works closely with the firm’s portfolio companies, providing hands-on support in finance, accounting, M&A, and other critical back-office functions.

Prior to joining Plexus, Christian worked at Riveron Consulting, a business advisory firm, where he supported private equity–backed companies through finance and accounting initiatives. Prior to Riveron, Christian held positions at AvidXchange, PwC, and EY.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina.
