Chad is a Vice President on the Deal Execution team. He joined Plexus in 2026 and focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining Plexus, Chad worked as a Vice President at Platte River Equity, a private equity firm based in Denver, CO. Chad began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst for BlackArch Partners, where he focused on middle-market M&A advisory assignments.

Chad graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in Accounting and from Wake Forest University with an M.S. in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina.
