Ben joined Plexus in 2026 and is a Senior Associate on the Investment team. Ben focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining Plexus, Ben worked as a Private Equity Associate at Blue Sage Capital, where he focused on evaluating and executing lower-middle-market investments across the manufacturing, services, and environmental solutions spaces.

Ben is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
