Jonathan joined Plexus in 2023 and is a Senior Associate focusing on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Plexus, Jonathan worked as an Associate at Summit Park, a lower middle market private equity firm in Charlotte, where he worked on deal origination, execution, and portfolio company management. Jonathan began his career as an Analyst at Harris Williams, providing M&A advisory services to clients in the business services industry.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering.
