Jonathan is a Vice President on the Deal Execution team. He joined Plexus in 2023 as an Associate focusing on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Plexus, Jonathan worked as an Associate at Summit Park, a lower middle market private equity firm in Charlotte, where he worked on deal origination, execution, and portfolio company management. Jonathan began his career as an Analyst at Harris Williams, providing M&A advisory services to clients in the business services industry.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering.
