Katie joined Plexus in 2025 as a Senior Associate and focuses on fund management, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.

Prior to joining Plexus, Katie worked as an Associate and then Senior Associate at New Mountain Capital, a private equity firm based in New York City. Katie began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst for J.P. Morgan, where she provided advisory services in the Consumer & Retail industry.

Katie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
