Plexus Capital announces acquisition of National Boiler Service

Plexus Capital has acquired a majority interest in National Boiler Service (“NBS”), a provider of boiler maintenance and repair services throughout the United States.

Based in Trenton, GA, NBS provides maintenance, repair and installation services to recovery and power boilers across end markets such as pulp and paper, chemical, power generation and utility. NBS is supported by a national network of craftsmen laborers who deliver highly technical, specialty welding services to customers on-site at their facilities. NBS seeks to expand its customers in both existing and new end markets and add complementary services, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
