Plexus Capital announces acquisition of Southern Elevator

Plexus Capital has acquired a majority interest in Southern Elevator (“Southern”), an elevator maintenance service provider.

Based in Greensboro, NC, Southern Elevator provides repair, maintenance, and modernization services to commercial customers across the Southeast. Southern currently operates in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia with plans to further expand across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions via organic initiatives and strategic add-on acquisitions.
