Our Plexus Value Creation Method begins with collaborating and building a relationship with our equity partners and management teams. Without their trust and buy-in, real progress cannot be made. Trust is the foundation of our relationships that allow us to have candid dialogue about the opportunities from which the best plans can be made and executed upon.
Our Operating Partner effort consists of dedicated former middle market CEO’s who use their “grounded-in-reality experience” to help drive portfolio company results. We focus our Operating Partners on 3 to 4 businesses in which we have influence and believe there is great upside.
Toolkit Network Partners
Toolkit Partners are proven, trusted third party specialists who know how to increase shareholder value through their area of expertise. Think of them as an extension of our Operating Partners, but applied at a portfolio company for a defined period.
Education & Training
Our custom Education and Training efforts are designed to equip our portfolio business leaders with the tools needed to drive growth in their respective organization. In addition to our Annual CEO conference, Plexus was instrumental in developing the SBIA Next Level Seminar. This is a 4-day course taught at Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business. In this MBA-like setting, our CEO’s meet with peers from across the country to sharpen their skills and make an even bigger impact on their businesses.
